What’s Inside the Flipbook?
This mini flipbook is packed with bite-sized, kid-friendly facts about one of history’s most fascinating civilizations.
Choose from two versions, one with text and pictures or a version with just pictures where kids can fill in the information themselves.
Topics include:
- Geography
- Scarab Beetles
- gods: Ra & Bastet
- Cats
- Pharohs
- Pyramids
- Heiroglyphs
- Mummies
Kids can color and/or fill in the text as you move through your unit study or using a book like Everything Ancient Egypt.

Why Flipbooks Are Great for Learning
Flipbooks turn passive reading into an interactive experience.
Instead of scanning a page of text, kids get to do something — cutting, folding, flipping, and even decorating. That hands-on element helps facts stick, especially for kids who learn best by moving and creating rather than sitting still.
They work as:
- A quiet-time activity on a rainy afternoon
- A supplement to a homeschool history unit
- A classroom project for elementary teachers
How to Assemble the Flipbook
- Print the flipbook pages on regular printer paper (5 pages). You can use cardstock but it will be harder to staple.
- Cut along the dotted lines to separate the pages. (There are 2 pages per printed page)
- Stack the pages in order and staple along the left edge.
- Color, Flip, and read! Kids can go fact by fact at their own pace.
